Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via chat, email, and phone during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely with speed and accuracy.
- Manage and document all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide proactive solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a help desk, technical support, or customer service role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
