Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Identify and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 10am-6pm EST)
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environment
