Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless issue escalation
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Proactively identify process improvements for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday 12PM-8PM CT)
- High-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Associates degree or equivalent technical certification
