- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
