- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Resolve technical issues and provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless case handoffs
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Adhere to company SLAs and security protocols for remote work
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Asana)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
