Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the Monday-Friday support team for follow-up.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met during off-hours.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone in all customer communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
