Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access and ticketing systems
- Execute scheduled maintenance, security patches, and system upgrades during weekend shifts
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to resolve critical outages and escalations
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
- Monitor system performance using APM tools and proactively address anomalies
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently in remote environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling options
- Experience with ITIL processes and change management procedures
