Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Monitor system alerts and performance metrics during off-peak hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate critical bugs or feature requests.
- Conduct remote training sessions for clients to improve software literacy and reduce support tickets.
- Maintain a professional home office environment that meets company security standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-discipline.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and remote desktop tools.
