Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM CT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for enterprise clients
- Document all interactions and resolutions using Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams via Slack for seamless escalation and handoff procedures
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential outages during coverage hours
- Conduct weekly knowledge base updates to improve self-service resources
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or IT helpdesk environment
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS environments and common SaaS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clear articulation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps down)
