Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during designated weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues via chat, email, and phone.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by resolving tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure continuity for the on-site team.
- Collaborate with the Monday–Friday support team to align on recurring issues and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
