Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain remote IT infrastructure during weekend shifts
- Provide technical support via phone/video for global clients
- Execute scheduled system updates and security patches
- Document incident reports and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Utilize provided equipment (laptop, peripherals, software licenses)
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years in remote IT support or similar role
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 8 PM CST)
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- High-speed home internet access (equipment provided)
