- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Participate in weekend rotation schedules and on-call rotations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of remote customer support or technical experience
- Proven ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS platforms or cloud infrastructure
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
