Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients across Texas and the US
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and cloud applications
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier-2 engineers to resolve escalated incidents
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through proactive communication
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
