Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via chat, email, and phone during weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and communicate changes to clients proactively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
