Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Resolve hardware/software issues, network connectivity problems, and account access challenges
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex issue escalation
- Conduct proactive system health checks during assigned shifts
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Meet KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or customer service role
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues remotely
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (12:00 PM - 12:00 AM MST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
