Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex escalations
- Adhere to SLA metrics and customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in weekend shift rotation and handover protocols
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or IT experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)
