- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during escalated support scenarios
- Adhere to SLA metrics and weekend shift availability requirements
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for recurring issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Proficiency with remote support tools and software
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
