- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer tickets and emails professionally during weekend shifts.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain accurate records and update our CRM systems with the latest information.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Performance Reporting: Compile weekly reports on ticket volume and resolution rates.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company protocols and data security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Oklahoma City preferred, remote available).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or data entry is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
