- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.

- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements to enhance overall service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on product features and technical documentation to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of remote work tools and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
