Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Document interactions using CRM systems with precision and detail
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical incidents
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience (remote preferred)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
