Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve escalated customer tickets with efficiency and professionalism
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems
- Monitor system performance and report potential security threats
- Train customers on best practices for remote troubleshooting
- Conduct weekend system maintenance as scheduled
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- High-speed home internet connection required
