Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
