Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues for remote clients.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve processes, create knowledge base articles, and reduce ticket volume.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, noise-free home workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
