Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in our CRM system while maintaining SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Train clients on new technologies and security protocols
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years in IT support or customer service
- Compelling weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with remote work tools (Teams, Zoom, VPN)
- Ability to work independently in a home office setting
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
