Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, application performance, and network infrastructure during weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical tickets and customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Escalate complex, unresolved issues to the on-call engineering team immediately.
- Document solutions in our internal knowledge base to streamline future support processes.
- Conduct routine system backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix weekend-related bugs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
- Proven experience working remotely with a dedicated weekend shift schedule.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk) and communication platforms (Slack, MS Teams).
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Flex roster available).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
