In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during peak weekend hours, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction. You will work in a fully remote setting, supported by a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets within SLA guidelines.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct routine software updates and system maintenance checks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, Zoom) is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
