Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Log all support tickets and resolutions accurately into our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the weekday engineering team to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide feedback on common user issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
