- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to resolve contractual discrepancies
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and monitor contract performance metrics
- Support contract renewals and amendments with minimal supervision
- Train stakeholders on contract management best practices via virtual sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of contract management experience with Illinois-based organizations
- Proficiency in Salesforce, DocuSign, and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Illinois procurement laws and regulations
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
