Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support for 50+ enterprise clients across Nashville
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols

- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct quarterly system audits and vulnerability assessments

Qualifications
