Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure solutions
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential technical issues
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be located in San Francisco, CA for weekly in-person meetings
