Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions via phone, email, and chat
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct user training on IT best practices and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, and cloud-based platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network and connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow preferred)
