Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for remote employees across multiple states
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain compliance with federal and Texas payroll regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll system optimization
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Implement new payroll technologies and process improvements
- Ensure data security and confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of Texas payroll tax laws and labor regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong remote work communication and time management skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
