Responsibilities
- Process and distribute weekly payroll for 50+ client accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and tax compliance issues within 24-hour SLA
- Implement automated payroll workflows using our proprietary platform
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and generate compliance reports
- Train clients on self-service payroll portal features
- Collaborate with finance team on process optimization initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and client information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with weekly pay cycles
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or equivalent platforms
- Deep understanding of federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Strong written communication skills for client documentation
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
