The Role:
As a Remote Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions regarding services, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to service processes.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
