Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical vision of our 2026 roadmap:

- Architect and lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation, quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Define and implement coding standards for the 2026 tech stack, focusing on security and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical designs.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven automation tools across the engineering department.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers on advanced system architecture and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack system architecture and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Experience with high-frequency trading systems or ultra-low latency networks.
- Strong proficiency in 2026-ready languages such as Rust, Go, or TypeScript.
- Excellent track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
