Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable system architectures for the '2026 Readiness' initiative, focusing on AI integration and quantum-proof data structures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards for high-performance applications.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Leverage AWS and Azure to deploy microservices that can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Security & Compliance: Implement Zero Trust security models and ensure compliance with evolving global data regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time data analytics platforms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and how to integrate them into core infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
