Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of 2026-ready technology stacks, focusing on AI and Cloud scalability.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all global deployments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Deep expertise in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and LLM integration.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
