- Future-Proofing: Architect systems that are resilient against emerging threats, ensuring security and scalability in a decentralized web.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of experimentation, driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like spatial computing and edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, deployable software solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers, fostering their growth in high-level system design.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on AI and machine learning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP) is mandatory.
- Visionary Mindset: Deep understanding of global technology trends leading up to 2026, including Web3, IoT, and Generative AI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
