Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models for enterprise applications.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for efficiency, latency, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI deployment.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage the full machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
