Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity 2D illustrations and 3D assets for web, mobile, and immersive platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend developers to ensure visual fidelity and seamless integration.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system and style guide for internal use.
- Optimize assets for performance, loading speed, and responsiveness across various devices.
- Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to inform creative direction and strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative concepts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D design, motion graphics, or visual effects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and 2D illustration skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
