Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and video content.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visuals with brand messaging.
- Develop storyboards and concept art to visualize complex scenes before production.
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-device compatibility.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on animation workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in 2D animation (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles (flat design, motion graphics, character animation).
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and weight in animation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Animation preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
