We are seeking a visionary Senior 2D Animator to join our award-winning creative team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting fluid, high-fidelity motion graphics that bring our digital products to life. You will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic storytelling, ensuring our brand identity resonates across all platforms.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of assets.
- Create style frames, storyboards, and animatics to visualize complex concepts before production.
- Maintain and expand our company's style guide, ensuring consistency across all projects.
- Optimize animation files for performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior animators and designers.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and other animation principles.
- A robust portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills and storytelling ability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
