Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps animations across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex visual concepts into pixel-perfect, animated interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design systems and animation libraries.
- Debug complex graphics issues and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development, specifically focusing on 2D graphics.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and HTML5.
- Proficiency in graphics libraries such as D3.js, Pixi.js, or Three.js.
- Strong understanding of vector graphics (SVG) and raster graphics (Canvas).
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
