Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable autonomous agent architectures using modern LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agent knowledge bases.
- Create robust safety guardrails and evaluation benchmarks to ensure AI reliability in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic workflows into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI evolution.
- Experiment with multimodal inputs to enhance agent perception and decision-making capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
