As a Senior AI/AGI Research Engineer, you will work at the intersection of deep learning, cognitive science, and scalable infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing next-generation Large Language Models and autonomous reasoning agents.
You will define the technical roadmap for our flagship AI platform, collaborating with top-tier researchers to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel architectures for large-scale language models and multimodal systems.
- Optimize training pipelines for efficiency and performance on distributed computing clusters.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to advance the field of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers in best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in research, engineering, or applied AI roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning fundamentals, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with distributed training (Ray, Horovod) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing and leading technical initiatives.
