Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML infrastructure tailored for 2026 standards.
- Define the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance in machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture assessments to mitigate technical debt.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
