Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of complex machine learning models, from experimentation to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment within the AI ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and data engineering pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.
