Your Mission:
As our Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing the core architecture of our neural networks and ensuring the scalability and security of our AI infrastructure. You will guide a team of talented engineers and collaborate with product leaders to translate complex research into production-ready applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for AI model training, deployment, and MLOps processes.
- Conduct research to identify new AI methodologies and apply them to business challenges.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and data scientists on best practices and architectural patterns.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
