Key Objectives:
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency applications.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of our next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Design and optimize deep learning infrastructure to handle petabytes of data efficiently.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AI advancements relevant to 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, and generative AI architectures.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
