Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and neural network architectures for real-time applications.
- Lead the end-to-end data pipeline lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and MLOps.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven features that enhance user experience.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias detection and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
